Our Founders
Ranubhai Bharwad
Co-Founder & Director
Ranubhai Bharwad began his journey in the construction industry in 2012 with the founding of Jay Gopal, a construction and transport business. Over five years, he built deep expertise in on-site project delivery, cement supply chains, and fleet logistics across Gujarat.
After concluding operations under Jay Gopal in 2017, Ranubhai sharpened his focus — becoming an authorized dealer for JK Cement in 2020, building his own transport fleet for last-mile delivery across the region.
His most formative years came through active construction at Wanakbori Thermal Power Station from 2020 to 2026, where he oversaw road construction and building works that gave him an unmatched understanding of what contractors actually need from a cement supplier.
That ground-level experience is the foundation of RJB Cement. Ranubhai brings 14+ years of operational expertise that no boardroom education can replace.
Kanjibhai Bharwad
Co-Founder & Director
Kanjibhai Bharwad is the commercial backbone of RJB Cement. With a sharp business acumen and deep understanding of the Gujarat construction ecosystem, he has spent over a decade building relationships with contractors, builders, and civil engineers across the state.
His experience managing dealer networks for JK Cement gave him a firsthand view of how cement brands succeed — and where they fall short — in the Gujarat market. He used that knowledge to architect RJB's distribution strategy from day one.
Kanjibhai's vision is straightforward: Gujarat deserves a cement brand that understands local soil, local climate, and local infrastructure needs. Every strategic decision at RJB Cement is shaped by that belief.
He brings the commercial discipline and market relationships needed to turn a regional manufacturing plant into Gujarat's most trusted cement brand.
